How it Works
Bin Medic+ believes in giving our customers peace of mind. Rest assured your bins will be pampered well. We have a 7-step cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing process:
Step 1: Book Your Bin Cleaning
Customers can book their bin cleaning appointments online, phone us direct, or send us an email. Once your booking request is received, your appointment will be scheduled and Bin Medic+ will email/text an appointment confirmation notice within 24 hours. In addition, you will receive a reminder notice 3 days prior to your appointment.
Step 2: We Come To You
Our specialized curbside equipment will arrive at your home 24-48 hours after your regular garbage pickup. Our customers will receive a text message notifying them that we are On Our Way, Started, and Finished.
Step 3: Magic Wand
Our technician manually uses the magic hand-held wand to clean the outside of your bins.
Step 4: Mission Liftoff
The bins are placed on the electric lift. The lift raises your bin into the van over 3500 psi spinning heads. We do not use hydraulics for the lift in order to minimize our impact on the environment.
Step 5: Mission Activate
The high-pressure 200 degrees F hot water is activated. Clean hot water is essential to any cleaning and killing of germs and bacteria.
Step 6: Inspection
The lift is lowered for final inspection of your bins. When it meets Bin Medic+’s high expectations we then proceed to the final step.
Step 7: Deodorize
The lid and handles are wiped clean and our environmentally safe and pleasant deodorizer is applied. Bins are left curbside for you to stow away until the next clean. Our customers will then receive an email or text message notifying them that the job has been completed.
